Victoria was taken from the United Kingdom as a child and trafficked through Europe before being placed in a fraudulent adoption in the United States, in Kansas City, Missouri. She was rescued on Rosh Hashannah, September 19, 1990.

1996 — The Switzerland Rescue
After being re-abducted and returned to the same family in Kansas City, Victoria was ultimately rescued through a mission trip to Switzerland. She was reunited with her family on July 4, 1996 —Independence Day in America.

1998 — The Switzerland Abduction
Victoria was re-abducted from Switzerland and was taken back to the same traffickers in Kansas City before being rescued by her husband on October 30, 1998.
2009 — The Monaco Incident
A later re-trafficking incident occurred during a summer family vacation to Monaco at the French Riviera.
2014 — Austin tx and the Scottish Referendum
A shooting at a private Scottish independence event disrupted plans to publicly disclose Victoria’s story before the 2014 Scottish referendum.
2015 — the Galveston, TX, resort incident
While vacationing in Galveston, Texas, Victoria was pursued by members of the same trafficking organization in an attempted capture. The incident marked another escalation in a pattern of stalking and targeting that began after The Scottish Referendum and continued throughout 2015.
2015 — The Grandview Rescue
While in Kansas City for the IHOPKC end-of-year conference, Victoria located the friend who had helped rescue her in 1996 and discovered she was being held by the same traffickers. The rescue nearly resulted in Victoria being trapped and re-trafficked before the woman was removed from a house, turned over to the FBI and became a protected witness. This happened during the week of Hanukkah 2015.
2016 — The Trunk of the Car Incident
Victoria was taken from her home in Dallas, TX, and transported back to the same Kansas City family, where traffickers placed her in the trunk of a car intending to sell her to a brothel. She escaped and rescued others in the process. She was rescued on February 22, 2016.
2017 — Stonebriar Church trafficking scandal
During Victoria’s time at Stonebriar Church in Frisco, Texas, spanning November 19, 2017—March 19, 2019, traffickers stalked her and made multiple attempts to re-traffic her.
2018 — The Dallas Church Massacre
A deadly trap concealed within a church gathering resulted in a mass-casualty event. Organized by traffickers, no one was meant to survive.
2019 — vehicle sabotage
As part of a broader pattern of targeting and control, Victoria’s vehicle was repeatedly tampered with by the traffickers —then vandalized and destroyed, restricting her ability to travel freely.
2019 — The San Antonio River Walk re-trafficking attempt
While visiting the San Antonio River Walk, Victoria was pursued by traffickers before Christian evangelists intervened and brought her to safety.
2020 — The Abduction attempt at Whole Foods in Houston, TX
Members of the same trafficking organization located Victoria in Houston, Texas. An attempted abduction at a Whole Foods store was deterred through the involvement of investigators.
